Just this week we discovered it is also true that some dogs can detect seizures. Our Texas heeler Roxanne went frantic minutes before my daughter, who was having a severe headache said she wanted to go to the hospital. On the way there she began seizing. She has been diagnosed with a congenital disorder that is, thankfully, manageable, and Roxanne will keep an eye and nose on her.
